西浦全国大学教学创新大赛由西交利物浦大学领导与教育前沿研究院举办，旨在发现并奖励一批“以学生为中心”为教学理念的高等院校的老师，传播“以学生为中心”在教学改革上的创新举措，为致力于教学创新的老师搭建分享、交流与学习的平台，进而推动中国高等教育改革。

XJTLU National University Teaching Innovation Award is organized byInstitute of Leadership and Education Advancement Development (ILEAD), Xi’anJiaotong-Liverpool University. It aims to find and reward a group of teachersfrom higher education institutes who teach with “Student-centered” educationconcept and spread the innovative practice, so as to establish a platform forthose teachers who focus on innovation teaching to communicate, share and learnfrom each, further promoting the revolution of higher education in China.‍‍

领导与教育前沿研究院是在中国高等教育改革不断深入及世界高等教育面临深刻变革的背景下，由西交利物浦大学与国家教育行政学院合作成立。研究院旨在搭建理论与实践互动的桥梁，聚集不同背景的人士创造领导和教育智慧。

ILEAD is expected to bridge the gap between theory and practice,to create wisdom and knowledge regarding leadership and education by gathering people with diverse backgrounds.

奖项设置/Award setting

1. 年度教学创新奖一名，获得者将得到5万元人民币奖金、获奖证书并特聘成为领导与教育前沿研究院的研究员和培训讲师；

2. 年度教学创新提名奖四名，提名奖获得者将得到3万元人民币奖金、获奖证书并特聘成为领导与教育前沿研究院的研究员和培训讲师；

3. 年度教学创新入围奖十五名，入围奖获得者将得到获奖证书、研究院礼包并有机会特聘成为领导与教育前沿研究院的研究员和培训讲师。

4. 所有参赛者将被邀请出席由大赛组委会举办的“高等教育创新年会2016”和年度教学创新奖颁奖典礼，五位提名获奖人将被邀请报告创新成果。主办方将承担五位提名获奖人的来往的交通以及年会期间的食宿。入围奖获得者可享年会期间西浦教育论坛会费全免（不含住宿交通）。其他参赛者可享年会期间西浦教育论坛会费折扣。

1.One Annual Innovative Teaching Prize: Winner will get 50,000 RMB and certificates as reward. Inaddition, he or she will be employed as‍ ILEAD’s the researcher and trainer.

2.Four Annual Innovative Teaching Nomination Prizes: Nominees will get 30,000RMB andcertificate as award.In addition, theywill be employed as ILEAD’s the researcher and trainer.

3.Fifteen Annual Innovative Teaching Entrant Prizes: Winners will be awarded withcertificates and ILEAD gift bags. They will also have opportunities to beemployed as ILEAD’s the researcher and trainer.

4.All applicantswill be invited to attend “Annual Conference of Higher Education Innovation2016” and Award Ceremony. The five nominees will be invited to share thepractice to all attendees. The organizer will bear the traffic, food,accommodation expenses and conference fee of the five nominees. Fifteen entrantprizes owners will enjoy free of conference fee and other application willenjoy discounts.

参赛人群/Participant group

中国高校在教学一线为学生上课的任课教师及教学团队。目前工作职责中不包含给学生上课者不适合参与本活动。

The teaching faculty or a teachinggroup who is working on teaching in Chinese universities. (The person withoutthe responsibility of teaching will not be recommended to take part in thisaward.)

评选标准/Criteria

大赛评选专家委员将从创新性（50%）、影响力（30%）、普及性（20%）三个维度进行评选：

1. 创新性：针对学生的学习和成长需求，开创新型的教学理念、策略和方法；

2. 影响力：通过创新实践，学生的学习体验及学习成果有了显著提升；

3. 普及性：教学创新具有一定的普适性，在中国高校教学改革进程中具有推广价值。

The Panel willevaluate the teaching practice from three dimensions: innovation (50%),influence (30%) and popularity (20%).

1.Innovation: Create new teaching concepts, strategies and methods on the basisof students’ learning and growing demand.

2.Influence: Students’ study experience and learning outcomeshave been significantly improved through the innovation practice.

3.Popularity: The teaching practice has the value of being spread topromote the higher education reform in China.
